As I discovered how to move sound into shapes and patterns, I began to notice that I was transported into the timeless realm, into the present moment, where all that was not me could fall away, and I could recognise and embrace who I truly am.
From this space I am able to expand freely and play with the possibilities of creating, dancing and weaving my voice as it wants to move. Within the unique journey of each track I create, I am opening a nourishing space for the listener to deeply connect and harmonise with their true essence, naturally letting go of all that no longer serves. Combining my love of soulful melodies, vocal layers, and uplifiting messages with my natural ability to create divine resonant tones and healing light language lyrics.

This medihealing track is an invitation to ‘just be’ and simply observe the pure reflection of who you truly are. Combining the powerful medihealing by Mas Sajady called ‘Reflections’ and a healing electro song I wrote and recorded with the same title, this musical healing experience was created with the intention of shining a pure light on you and revealing your limitless potential. Holding a safe and nourishing space for you to awaken to your innate brilliance and connect to your purest source even stronger. This medihealing track is an invitation to settle more deeply into the present moment, settle into a flow state. Combining the powerful event and medihealing called, 'Being in the Flow' and an ambient soulful song I wrote and recorded called, 'Flowww'. This medihealing sound journey is an invitation to experience the wisdom of 4 known Ascended Masters, Jesus, Buddha, Mohammed and Abraham. A unique sound healing experience, combining a powerful medihealing from the latest Total Human Reset (THR) where Mas Sajady tapped into the consciousness of these Masters and shared their invaluable messages on awakening and self actualisation with us. After receiving my own powerful experience during this medihealing, I was inspired to create a healing sound track to accompany it. Using mainly my voice to layer healing tones, light language weaving through acoustic guitar tuned at 528Hz. A healing frequency in harmony with the mathematic patterns of nature. ELEVATION
In this album, I wanted to expand on the first song I created sampling the powerful medihealings from Mas Sajady. The transformational work I have done with him over the years has dramatically shifted the space that I create from and the frequencies I generate while composing and singing. It felt like a natural next step to create an album of tracks featuring him and his potent frequencies, assisting to let go of what no longer serves and elevate into and live from a higher consciousness.
RESONANCE
This album is part of the second phase of the Positive Songs Project. For this collection of songs I felt like exploring a more natural acoustic sound and tuning in solfeggio frequencies. I tuned my guitar to 444hz/528hz and found the texture of sound to be fuller and more resonant. I am curious how sound creates an atmosphere and can enhance a feeling. For me, exploring different frequency tunings was a natural progression and way to combine my love of lyrical flow with the healing resonance of acoustic sound. I was inspired to create an album that held a soothing and nurturing space.

RADIANCE
Written for the Positive Songs Project. This album challenged me to create a song a week and let go of the need for something to be 'perfect' before it is complete. It was an opportunity for transformation and to channel my energy into creativity, while the rest of the world came to a stand still.
